are obtained: the most likely ancestral areas represented on the left, and pie charts with the
distribution of the ancestral area states for each evolutionary process on the right. The color and
letter codes of the corresponding areas are given in the legend of Figure 3. Parameters estimated
by the models are: d. dispersion, e. extinction, j. founder event. LnL denotes the likelihood value
of the model.
