          Features of the Internet server/portal
          In parallel with the setting up of the project website, an Internet based project management tool (server-portal)
          will be installed. It will
              ·  enables partners to cooperate by connecting and share part of their Information System or /and  for project
                 on-line cooperation, or/and prototypes development.
              ·  provides the following features in a portal:
                     o  Basic communication tools: Email connection, Mailing lists, Forum …
                     o  Collaborative Diary - File Sharing - Project directory
                     o  Shared Planning management, Task and Work Package management, and Timesheets follow-up

          Project Financial aspects
          Monthly data on work progress linked to reported financial information will enable the project manager to tightly
          control the expense curve with respect to the ratio between effective efforts and effective achievement

          Exploitation & Market aspects  :  Affordability
          Design will take in consideration the constraint of market considerations (consumer affordability). The compliance
          to cost objectives will be monitored by the project manager .The cost oriented approach is a challenge to ensure
          low cost, affordability for all potential users, provide also dedicated solutions to professionals & contribute to EU
          competitiveness & genuine service to the citizen and his living environment.

          B.5.3 Project management resources:
          Complementing the on-line tools installed
          Expertise :
          All partners  employ several very experienced project engineers  trained and qualified in project management
          methods used for information programmes, along with practice of professional norms .
          Dr Christian Gronoff, with more than 34 year professional experience, , has a longstanding experience in
          multicultural management and management design (EADS...).Admitted as member of  a professional  project
          management association linked to an international network (International Project Management Association. and
          Cost Engineering Council) and admitted at EARMA (professional grouping of University Research Administration
          & Management).
          Over the last 12 years, he also was contracted by EU in relation to a study on “innovation hurdles removal- Impact
          of Culture” for SMEs, and has managed several EU co-financed R&D projects.,
          Dr Gronoff tutors project management at the famous international SUPAERO. University College.During his duty ,
          he will be assisted the Scientific Manager and key staff..

          Resources :
          Also, all partners have made provision for their own coordination tasks and intense relationship time envisaged in
          the project . As a general rule, as the case should happen., all participants may be called punctually in any of the
          committees. In addition to the portal, the project management equipment will consists of project management
          software & 3 computers fully equipped, video projector for meetings, and all ICT tools necessary for dissemination
          and performing a excellent project management.
          Also , to illustrate the project technologies, will be set up a web site targeting the general public.
          B.5.4 IPR management:
          Consortium Agreement and other preliminary agreements :
          A consortium agreement will be prepared by the project Coordinator and discussed before  the start of the project.
          Inventory of pre-existing know-how, partners commitments and resources implementation, nomination of an
          exploitation and dissemination  manager, ownership and licensing , patent and secrecy, royalties, duties. Describing
          the dissemination/exploitation activities in the dedicated WP, we pledge to grasp all opportunities to disseminate
          the knowledge acquired (provided not conflicting with IPR policies) and cooperate with all network of excellence
          to such effect.
          In the case IPR issue resulting of any technology TRANSFER activity, it will have been solved by a previous
          separate agreement between the partners, with in view to:
             ·  establish the property rights and exchange exploitation rights both in terms of components inserted inside
                 any other software/hardware
             ·  implement  the  possibility  to  market,  on  a  reciprocal  basis  and  representation,  products  of  each  other
                 concerned participants.
          All along the project and the reports, the IPR Management status will be brought forward and discussed.
