Approach: This work will be jointly coordinated with WP7 and will use parts of its logistics
The innovation claims for this work are: added value due to the dissemination actions, promoting action towards spin-offs
           and take-up activities towards SME’s.
EACH UNIT TAKES PART TO THIS WP JOINTLY
              · To disseminate the Final Report at a local level
              · To disseminate the Final Report at a European Level
              · To promote take-up actions for SME’s and those interested to the results of the CA (research institutes who could
benefit form the results, public institutions, utility operators)
              · To promote the creation of spin-offs
              · To create a data-base of possibly interested SME’s
              · From August 30 to September 1 2006 EPE-PEMC 2006 conference is organized.
              · In the 22nd month, a data-base of possibly interested SME’s is created.
           Task 6.1: (M0 to M 1) organizing the international EPE-PEMC'2006 conference
Institute of Robotics at Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Maribor is organizing EPE-
PEMC'2006 conference in Porotoroz, Slovenia (August 30 – September 1). The conference will highlight multidisciplinary
areas of Power Electronic and Motion Control and can be used as a forum for discussing the project issues among the
participants, but also for dissemination of results to a wide society of researchers in the different fields of Power Electronic
and Motion Control from industry and academia. Special attention will be devoted this time to sustainable energy systems as
well as to the most recent development in component technologies and converters’ topologies. We believe that the goals of
the project fit perfectly into the conference topics and the partners can also present themselves in the frame of the industrial
           day and as exhibitors.
           Task 6.2: (M 33 to M 35)
                1. 2 meetings (and possibly more) are organised with national institutions interested in the results of the studies
(Counties, Regioni, Départements, Länder, etc.) by each partner for the presentation of the Final Report. In the
                    same time,
                2. 2 meetings with European institutions interested in the results of the studies (European Commission, research
centres, universities) are organised by all the partners jointly for the presentation of the Final Report,
                3. Promotion activities are organised towards partners willing to create spin-offs employing the results of the
                    studies,
                4. Take up activities towards SME’s are organised to promote the application of technologies and methodologies of
the proposed study. This will be done jointly with WP7 and a dedicated online forum and online poll will be used
to monitor and assist potential interested communities.
Task 6.3: (M24 to M 36) Technology Upscaling study and report . This is done with in view to gather evidential materials
for the dissemination activities, for the exploitation plans, and for the potential take-up actions.
Task 6.4: (M 6 to M 36) Liaise with WP7 Leader to coordinate overlapping and shared activities.
